Sweet Cucumber Juice

This is an easy juice which you can drink to quench the summer thirst. Now as summer is coming, we have to drink lots of water and juices. We can drink any fruit or vegetable juices to keep our body cool. Cucumbers belong to the watermelon family. They are made up of 95% of water and if you eat it during summer day, you can keep yourself dehydrated. They are also rich in Vitamin K. Potassium and Vitamin C. Cucumbers reduce the risk of cancer, freshen our breath as it helps to get rid of the odor-causing bacteria in our mouth. It also helps to manage stress and helps in maintaining healthy weight. So we can eat it or drink it by juicing it. Juice requires only few ingredients and involves very less time to prepare

Preparation Time :10minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber -1
  • Sugar -1tblsp
  • Salt -1/2tsp
  • Cold Water -2cups

Preparation:

  • Slice cucumber into smal pieces

Procedure:

  • Slice cucumber into small pieces
  • Add this cucumber, cold water, sugar and salt in a blender and blend well
  • Then strain this using a strainer
  • Add ice cubes if you wish
  • Sweet Cucumber Juice is now ready!!!
