Vazhakai Poriyal

This is an easy fry. It is shallow fried but tastes good. It requires no big chopping work and enables us to finish our side dish very quickly

 

Preparation Time : 5minutes

Cooking Time :15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • Vazhakai -1
  • Chilli powder/Milagai thool -2tsp
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop vazhakai into round pieces
  • Marinate it with chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder and salt

Procedure:

  • Marinate vazhakai with chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder and salt and keep for 15minutes
  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Put vazhakai into in and shalow fry it
  • Vazhakai poriya is now ready!!!

Step by step procedure:
