Scrambled Egg Fry

This is one of the easy egg fry which requires only little time to prepare and goes well as a side dish for rice. This can be prepared when we have little time for food preparation. Egg is a storehouse of vital nutrients and has a lot of health benefits and can be taken daily in any forms. Eggs are high in cholesterol but they do not affect the blood cholesterol. 

Preparation Time :15minutes

Cooking Time :15minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • Big Onion -1
  • Egg -1
  • Green Chilli -1
  • Tomato -1
  • Curry leaves -A spring
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1tsp or as required
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -2tsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop onion and green chilli into small pieces
  • Take a spring of curry leaves and wash and keep
  • Break an egg and empty the contents in a vessel and beat the egg slightly and keep

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in an non stick pan
  • Add onions, green chilli and curry leaves and fry till onion becomes golden brown in color
  • Then add tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft and the raw smell goes off
  • Then add egg and scramble it and fry well
  • Scrambled Egg fry is now ready!!! 

Step by Step Procedure:

Pour oil in an non stick pan. Add onions, green chilli and curry leaves and fry till onion becomes golden brown in color
Then add tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft and the raw smell goes off
Then add egg and scramble it and fry well
Scramble it and fry well
Scrambled Egg fry is now ready!!!
