Black Oreo Cake

This Black Oreo Cake is done in microwave mode and it takes 4minutes to bake. It requires only few ingredients and can be done easily for an evening snack. Making cakes in microwave mode is very interesting as it involves only very little time to do. The cake will be so soft and will be melting in the mouth. You can use oreo biscuit of any cream flavor to do this cake. I have used oreo with chocolate flavor cream. You have to use a microwave safe bowl for baking. You can check at the bottom of the bowl for microwave symbol. You have to grease the bowl with ghee or oil like refined oil or any oil of your choice in generous amount before pouring the batter in so that the cake comes easily out of the pan after baking. You should allow the cake to cool completely always and then should take the cake out so that it will come out easily without breaking. Always pour batter to 3/4th of the bowl and then bake it.

Preparation Time :5minutes

Baking Time :4minutes


Ingredients:

  • Oreo Biscuits -10(I used chocolate flavor cream)
  • Maida -2tsp
  • Milk -1/2cup
  • Baking Powder -1/2tsp
  • Sugar -1and1/2tblsp
  • Ghee or oil(you can use refined oil too)-1tblsp for greasing the bowl so that you can take the cake easily out of the pan

Preparation:

  • Break oreo cookies into small pieces and crush them into fine powder using a mixer 
  • Take all the ingredients and keep ready
  • Grease a microwave safe bowl with some ghee and grease so that the cake comes out of the pan easily after baking

Procedure:

  • Take oreo biscuits in a mixer and powder them
  • Then add maida, baking powder, sugar and mix
  • Add milk and mix completely without any lumps
  • Take a microwave safe bowl and coat it with generous amount of ghee or oil in generous amount so that the cake comes out easily after baking
  • Now pour the batter into the microwave safe bowl and keep it inside the oven and microwave it for 4minutes
  • Pour batter to 3/4th of the bowl as the cake rises when you bake it
  • Then take it out and allow it to cool completely
  • Then you can invert and serve
  • Tasty Black Oreo Cake is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Grind it to a fine powder
Then add maida, baking powder, sugar and mix
Add milk and mix completely without any lumps
Take a microwave safe bowl and coat it with generous amount of ghee or oil in generous amount so that the cake comes out easily after baking. Now pour the batter into the microwave safe bowl and keep it inside the oven and microwave it for 4minutes

Then take it out and allow it to cool completely. Then you can invert and serve. Tasty Black Oreo Cake is now ready!!!
