Ginger Cucumber Juice

Summer has started and we have to drink a lot of fresh juices to keep our body cool. This juice requires only four ingredients which is easily available in our kitchen. Cucumber has 95 percent of water content in it and we can drink it as juice to quench our thirst and it keeps our body cool. Cucumbers reduce the risk of cancer and it helps to manage stress. It freshens our breath and also maintains a healthy body weight. So we can have it as juice or in salads or in any form which we like.

Preparation Time :10minutes

Cooking Time : -


Ingredients:

  • Cucumber -1
  • Ginger -1inch piece
  • Sugar -1tblsp
  • Salt -1pinch
  • Cold water-1cup
  • Ice cubes(optional) -As needed

Preparation:

  • Chop cucumber and ginger into fine pieces

Procedure: 

  • Chop cucumber into fine pieces
  • Add this along with fine pieces of ginger in a mixer and blend well
  • Add cold water and blend well
  • Sieve it using a strainer and add salt, sugar and mix well
  • Add some ice cubes if you want
  • Ginger Cucumber Juice is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Chop cucumber into fine pieces

Add cold water and blend well. Sieve it using a strainer and add salt, sugar and mix well
Ginger Cucumber Juice is now ready!!!
