Cooking in microwave is very fun as it involves only very little time. This ladoo takes only 1minute to prepare and 3minutes to keep in microwave. This makes 8small ladoos
For grinding:
Sugar -3/4cup
Grind this to a fine powder.Don't add water
Preparation Time :1minute
Cooking Time : 3minutes
Ingredients:
- Gram flour/Kadalai mavu -1/2cup
- Sugar -3/4cup
- Ghee -1/4cup
- Cashews -10(broken into small bits)
- Cardamom powder/elakai podi -1tsp

Grind this to a fine powder.Don't add water
Preparation:
Grind sugar to a fine powder
Procedure:
- In a microwave safe bowl, add ghee and cashews and keep it inside the oven and microwave it for one minute
- Take it outside and add gram flour and mix well
- Then keep it inside the oven and microwave it again for 2minutes
- Take it outside and mix well
- In a mixer take sugar and powder it
- Add the powdered sugar to the hot gram flour mix and mix it well
- Add cardamom powder and mix well
- Take some portion and shape it to form ladoos
- Besan ladoo is now ready!!!
Step by step Procedure:

Keep it inside the oven and microwave it for one minute
Take it outside and add gram flour and mix well
Then keep it inside the oven and microwave it again for 2minutes
Take it outside and mix well
In a mixer take sugar and powder it
Add the powdered sugar to the hot gram flour mix and mix it well.Add cardamom powder and mix well
Take some portion and shape it to form ladoos
Besan ladoo is now ready!!!
