This is an easy microwave egg fry. It takes one minute to keep. It requires no oil. This is a healthy way of preparing egg without oil.

Ingredients:
- Egg -1
- Pepper powder/milagu thool -1/2tsp
- Salt -as required
Procedure:
- Break open an egg and transfer it in a microwave safe bowl
- Put some pepper powder and salt in it
- Microwave it for 30sec
- Open it with a lid else it will pop up and scatter on the sides of the oven
- Now microwave it again for 30 sec
- Egg is now ready!!!
