Palak Soup
Palak Soup will be very good to taste and its healthy too. Soups can be given to children who refuse to eat spinach fry. They are rich in source of several vital anti-oxidant vitamins like vitamin A and vitamin C.
Preparation Time :15minutes
Cooking Time :15minutes
Ingredients:
- Onions -1
- Garlic -4cloves
- Palak -1 cup
- Bay Leaf -1
- Cloves / Krambu -1
- Cornflour -1 tblspn
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt-1tsp or as needed
- Pepper-1/2tsp or as needed
- Water-1cup or as needed
- Oil - 2 tsp+1tsp or as needed
Preparation:
- Wash palak leaves and chop it into fine pieces and keep
- Chop onion and garlic into small pieces and keep
- Mix cornflour with milk and keep
Procedure:
- Pour oil in a pan
- Add cloves, bay leaf and fry
- Add onion, garlic and fry till onion becomes golden brown in color
- Then add palak which has been chopped into fine pieces and fry till it shrink
- Allow it to cool and grind smoothly in a mixer by adding some water
- Pour oil in a pan
- Add the mixture and boil
- Add salt and pepper and boil
- Now add cornflour mixed with milk and boil in low flame for some minutes
- Palak Soup is now ready!!!

Today's Tip
Potatoes will rot quickly if stored with onions. So don`t store potatoes and onions together.
