This is a quick, nutritious, delicious and filling milkshake which can be done using only few ingredients. This is a healthy and creamy shake made with ripe bananas, milk and vanilla ice cream. This vanilla ice cream can be made at home without any ice cream machine. Banana has a lot of nutritional benefits. Milk also has a lot of benefits ans so this is a healthy and a tasty drink too. This is made with easily available ingredients and can be made at home very easily

Ingredients:
- Banana -1
- Milk -3 and 1/2cups
- Sugar -6tblsp
- Fresh Cream -1/2cup
- Cornflour/corn starch -1tblsp
- Vanilla essence -1tsp
Preparation:
- Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup milk and keep
Procedure:
- Cut banana into small slices
- Add sugar and milk to it and grind it in a mixer
- Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup milk and keep
- Boil 2and 1/4cup milk in a non stick pan
- Add sugar and boil
- Add cornflour and milk mixture and boil in low flame for five minutes and allow to cool
- Add fresh cream and mix well
- Then add vanilla essence and mix well
- Divide it into two containers and cover it and freeze it
- After it gets set, take it out and blend in a mixer or by using electric blenders and divide it into two portions and cover and freeze
- After it gets set add a scoop of this ice cream to the above mixture and again grind
- Banana milkshake is now ready!!!
Step by Step Procedure:
